CANTINA TOBLINO
In 1960, a group of passionate winemakers from the Valle dei Laghi decided to join forces to confront an increasingly competitive reality. From that moment, the link between social cooperation, people and territory remains essential. Over time, Cantina Toblino has become the reference point for viticulture in the Valle dei Laghi: our vineyards have become a real open-air laboratory, where viticultural and oenological research and innovation daily lead to the achievement of new quality standards. On the one hand, the agricultural company Toblino Srl, which cultivates under organic control the approximately 40 hectares of the ancient bishop’s properties, on the other, Cantina Toblino, which receives the grapes from more than 600 winegrowers for a total of over 850 hectares of vineyards. Even today, our company philosophy is based on cooperation: our commitment is constant to guarantee our customers excellence along the entire production chain.

CONTEPASSI
Castellani’s business was established in Montecalvoli at the end of the 19th century as Alfred, long-standing wine grower, decides to start bottling and selling his wine. Alfredo’s son, Duilio, together with his brother Mario start off the firm’s expansion period. Duilio, meticulous and diligent man, takes an active part in every working stage. The most important vineyard is the one located in Santa Lucia, in the fertile Arno Valley, where a lively and fit-for-ageing red wine is produced and bottled in typical straw-covered flasks, gaining the interest of transalpine markets. During the following years Duilio’s firstborn son Giorgio, determined and ambitious man, starts large scale export. The 1966 flood causes great damage to the Montecalvoli winery. It is then decided to temporarily transfer the business to the Burchino Estate, on the hills of Terricciola village. Giorgio’s brother, Roberto, brilliant journalist at the newspaper “Il Giornale del Mattino” in Florence rushes to help shovelling mud from the family’s winery. He then decides to stay and contributes to the firm’s evolution. Roberto, cultured and cosmopolitan man, starts a pioneer activity on far-away markets, becoming one of the advocates of Chianti’s international success. The acquisition of Poggio al Casone vineyard coincides with the extension of the winery at the Travalda Estate in Santa Lucia. During the night of New Year’s Day in 1982 a fire burns almost completely down the firm premises. It seems to be the end. But within few months the Castellani brothers acquire the Campomaggio Estate and, thanks to the contribution of Piergiorgio, Roberto’s son, the business gathers strength. Wine-growing and technological researches are furthered by clever specialists such as the oenologist Sabino Russo and the agronomist Carlo Burroni. Today this centenarian firm pursues very enthusiastically the aim of producing wines, which are the expression of one of the greatest oenological regions of the world: Tuscany. “Since 1903 my family has been exporting its own finest Estate wines from Tuscany. We have changed and evolved over the decades, but throughout the years the philosophy of our work has remained consistent: “The quality of the wine begins in the vineyard”, as my ancestors used to say. Today, as we enter this century, our aim and aspiration is what it has always been: to create memorable wines. This is the reason why our work during the last ten years has been so passionate, investing in research and new cellar technologies.” – Piergiorgio Castellani

DE FEUDIS
DE FEUDIS’ TRADEMARK The trademark De Feudis proves the ancient Apulian origin of Fabiano Family. From Sergio De Feudis, at the end of the XVII Century, was born in Trani Antonietta De Feudis, married to Francesco Fabiano, founder of the homonymous winery. Initially built up in the South, particularly in the bulk wine market, moved later to Veneto. First settled in Venezia, where in 1912 Francesco Fabiano, Nicola Fabiano’s son and Francesco and Antonietta’s grandson, opened a wine shop just a few steps from Saint Marco’s Cathedral, carrying on the bulk wine commerce from Puglia; later in Veorna, where he engaged himself in the production and distribution of bottled wine, buying a small estate in the region of the Garda Lake. After more than 100 years of wine making Fabiano decided to come back to its origin and create a new brand of Apulian wines, called indeed De Feudis. This project has been carried out with the help of an old friend who can in turn rely on a long tradition in wine growing and making in Puglia. The De Feudis wines grow out from the cooperation of Fabiano, wine producer since more than one hundred years, and Varvaglione, estimated friend and well-kwon winemaker in Apulien. They celebrate more than one century of history, matching together tradition and experience. DE FEUDIS’ WINES Their selection of wines includes a Verdeca and a Negramaro Rosato IGT Salento, wines with a delicate bouquet, a full richness and pleasant freshness, underlined by a young and clear packaging. There is also Primitivo IGT Puglia, with an intense, fruity bouquet, full bodied but with a pleasant softness suitable for all the courses of a meal. We find the two wines of the LOUNGE line, a Negramaro and a Primitive IGT with a volume of 12.5%, both full-bodied and pleasantly drinkable, thanks to their smooth and velvety flavor. Finally, there is OTTOCENTO, a Primitive DOC from Manduria, made from grapes harvested by hand and put in crates, whose 14% volume and strong, elegant body make it an excellent quality wine. It has an exclusive label and comes in a rather heavy bottle sold in 3-bottle gift case. It is produced in limited number and will only be sold in the best specialty shops to whom Viver will offer it in the coming months.

FABIANO
FABIANO FAMILY: Renowned producers of Veronese wines since 1912. Counting on this tradition our aim is focused on enhancing the image of our company and that of the people who work in it. Great attention to the quality of our wines, added to the professionalism, good service and efficiency of the whole company, allows the Fabiano brand to achieve a position in the top range of the market. This strategy means a daily involvement in the vineyards and cellars where our technicians skillfully work to obtain the best results. These professionals enable us to make each and every one of our wines a quality product as can be seen by their success in markets worldwide. THE HISTORY of Fabiano Family in the wine making industry started in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano, Nicola's son, opened a wine store in Venice, just a few steps from St. Marco's Cathedral. His son Sergio, having made his store very popular in the whole city, started a wine trade throughout the Veneto region. A clever merchant and a charismatic character, in 1955 he engaged himself in the production and distribution of bottled wine, buying a small estate in Lazise, on the Veronese shore of Garda lake, for that purpose. The business flourished at a very rapid pace and in 1968 the plant was moved to its current location in Sona, to an area uniquely suited for wine growing, half way between the city of Verona and Garda lake. Since the '70s and Fabiano is committed to enter in the most important wine markets in the world. During the period between the nineties the early years of 2000 the Fabiano has developed its own wine production which reached now over 50 hectares of controlled vineyard. We had also inaugurated the cellar in San Pietro in Cariano for the fermentation, drying and aging of the wine of Valpolicella wines. All the most prestigious Fabiano production, which includes all the wines with Controlled of Denomination of Origin of the Verona province, is directly overseen from the vineyard to the bottle, in order to ensure authenticity, continuity and high quality level. CELEBRATING WITH VAJO: In 2002 Fabiano was celebrating its 90 anniversary of foundation which occurred way back in 1912. For this event wanted to create a new, flagship wine. We took partly dried Corvina grapes to guarantee body and structure and blended these with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to give a touch of modernity to this "Super Veronese" wine. Ten years later, in March 2012, the Fabiano Family celebrated a hundred years of activity, thanking the generations who preceded, as well as the people who are close to the company now. Nicola Fabiano wanted to pay a tribute to the Winegrower with an everlasting work of art. On 24th of March a sculpture was inaugurated and placed at the entrance of the Cellar in Sona. The “Rosso Veronese Vajo” was called “Cent’anni” . Whit this addition to the name the new Vajo Cent’anni will be forever testimony of the story of the Winery. THE WINES: Fabiano production includes all the Verona DOC (denomination of geographical origin). The cellar in the Valpolicella Classical Area is dedicated to the vinification of the well-known high quality wines like Amarone , Ripasso and Recioto, while in the cellar near the Garda Lake takes place the vinification of Lugana DOC “Argillaia” together with Bardolino and Custoza. The range also includes the Soave and Prosecco Castello.

FEOTTO
It is from this enchanted place that I fell in love with these lands; following the tradition of family, son of farmers, with the love and bond for this territory. Here begins the history of traditions and sensations, of scents and flavors produced by this land . My intention is to make known the goodness of Sicilian products and in particular of the Jato Valley in the world. The company, located at 467m s.l.m. is oriented to the west, composed of large and soft clay soils; it has steep rocky slopes and limestone reliefs that surround it. The Winery was born in 2018 from a collaboration between me and my brother, carrying on the tradition of my Father and my grandfather before him. Each vintage is an experience, in fact, from year to year it gives us different flavors and smells. I love experimenting with ancient and natural winemaking techniques in order to let the wine express all its hints that remind me of my tradition.

GUASTI CLEMENTE
THE COMPANY Clemente Guasti founded the company in 1946, continuing his family’s historic wine-making traditions. He was a real innovator in terms of production quality and as far back as the 1950’s was already beginning to select grapes from the 20 best growers in the Nizza Monferrato area, thus initiating the concept of the estate-based "cru" for Barbera, a decidedly avant-garde idea for the area back then. At present the company has four large estates of its own, with a total area of 40 hectares, of which 29 in the most favourable positions are given over to vineyards. In the centre of the town which is the recognised home of the highest quality Barberas, the spacious cellars contain large oak barrels for the ageing of up to 1200 hectolitres of wine. After the death of Clemente Guasti, his sons Andrea and Alessandro, who worked alongside him for many years, have followed his winning philosophy, never compromising on quality, and they continue to achieve important accolades nationally and internationally. THE ESTATES Climate and terrain are the most influential environmental factors on grape quality and characteristics; and while the former remains constant and uniform over a vast area, the latter can vary on a much smaller scale. Indeed the terrain found in different parts of the same area may be diverse in terms of type, composition and exposure, thus giving rise to "microclimates" which create a range of different quality products. After years of research and experience, we have located the very best areas in the hills around Nizza Monferrato, with the contribution of many different wineries. The company currently works with its own four large estates: Cascina Boschetto Vecchio: 11 hectares totally, 8 of them are used for vineyards. In the farm there is also a vinification plant for 1500 hectolitre of wine. La Cascina Fonda San Nicolao: 12 hectares totally, 9 of them are used for vineyards. The farm has a big cowshed with 60 head of piedmontese cattle used for natural animal manure of land. La Tenuta Santa Teresa: 2 hectares totally, 1,5 of them are used for vineyards. Here you can find an historical agricultural implements museum with old cars collected from Clemente Guasti. La Cascina Gessara - San Vitale: 10 hectares totally, 6 of them used for vineyards. The farm names derive from piedmontese tradition. The hight quality of earth’ fruits gives us the best wine cru.

Passed down from generation to generation, this dedication has evolved into a company that not only sells, but above all produces wines. And here, the Lebovitz family has distinguished itself, giving new life to an ancient tradition through careful research into new and innovative products. MUZIC
IN THE HEARTH OF THE COLLIO REGION The Muzic great-grandparents settled in the area of Bivio, within the Municipality of San Floriano, in 1927, when they moved as settlers into a house that had just been rebuilt after the destruction brought about by the First World War. The living quarters, a small yet ancient underground cellar for winemaking, a few vineyards and a handful of fruit orchards to face the poverty characterizing those tough years. Years, though, when the agriculture was revived, varieties of vineyards and fruit trees selected, as reported by the valuable work by Ernesto Massi ‘L’ambiente geografico e lo sviluppo economico nel Goriziano’ (The geographical environment and economic development in the territory of Gorizia), published in 1933. Later, after the Second World War, grandparents Luigi and Jolanda managed to buy the house where they were already living and the first 5 hectares of land, which they had been working for years. It was 1963. In this strip of land, the COLLIO, with its sun-kissed hills and gentle slopes, where the breeze coming from the Adriatic Sea makes the climate milder, the Muzic family continued to work with tenacity and sacrifice. Over the years they have increased the size of their farm, planting new vineyards on the typical ‘ponca’ soils, as marl and sandstone soils are called locally. For more than 20 years now, Ivan Muzic, son of Luigi and Jolanda, has been a beacon for the family-run enterprise. Inspired by his great passion for nature and his land, he is a ‘free spirit’, born to spend his days in the vineyards, in every season, with any weather. Standing on his side are his wife, Orieta, and his two sons - Elija e Fabijan -, both studying Oenology, the art of wine-making, at the Agricultural College in Cividale del Friuli and both passionately helping their father in the farm and in the cellar. The Muzic family work today 16 hectares of vineyards, comprising 14 registered as DOC COLLIO (COLLIO Registered Designation of Origin), and another 2 hectares located in the nearby DOC FRIULI ISONZO (FRIULI ISONZO Registered Designation of Origin) area. WINE CELLAR Our striking cellar is one of the oldest in San Floriano, dating back to the 16th century and recently restored. By a stroke of luck it escaped damage during both World Wars. Its bare stone walls and vaulted ceilings welcome guests and friends for tastings, and in its small oak barrels mature our red wines. Forming with it an artful complex is the modern, state-of-the art cellar managed by Ivan, with the occasional assistance of a winemaking consultant. It houses temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks as well as large oak casks for ageing some of our wines. Our annual production is about 90.000 bottles and is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. We produce the native-variety wines Malvasia, Ribolla Gialla, and Friulano, plus the dessert wine Picolit, as well as the French varieties brought here in the late 19th century, both whites, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, and reds, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Todaro Today the property covers an area of 25 hectares in the Jato valley with altitudes ranging from 400 to 900 m.s.l.m. The specific characteristics of the terroir of this area were already known in pre-Roman times: on top of the mountain of fact, there was a rich Jatina colony who cultivated vineyards and from them he derived the precious nectar. Right from the ancient nobility of this land and natural winemaking techniques refined, born Todaro wines, perfect combination of elegance and refinement. Based on the conviction that only healthy and natural agriculture that respects the environment and does not upset the productivity of plants will allow the best expression of the terroir and its particularities, we decided to produce organic wines who identify fully with our ideas. The vineyards are cultivated following the teachings handed down by his grandfather Joseph, respecting the lunar phases and the old conservative techniques for pruning and following the delicate natural balance of the biological cycles of our plants. We do not use chemical fertilizers or soil, sow the field bean which allows you to naturally enrich the soil organic matter by his turning a product inside.. In the period of September, before the harvest, we select carefully the best land and once chosen, we begin the harvest, strictly hand with small baskets, making reaching the berries intact in nearby winery, thus preserving all its peculiar properties. Our wines have to be who they are, what our plants grown in our land and give us that we simply transform and store with the utmost respect, trying not to ruin what nature offers us. G. Todaro In the cellar using the modern techniques of temperature control we monitor the progress of fermentation, thus accompanying our wines, from the vine to the casks, which will accrue for years. These are our wines, a blend of innovation, culture and Sicilian tradition.

THE COMPANY"Integrate, tough and generous as their ancestors The Benducce.... a company a family"The company is owned by the Tornesi since 1865. The attachment to the origins is firm and strong, each member of the Tornesi family was born, lived and worked within the company making it grow year after year. The company has always produced wine, in 1967 Gino Tornesi enrolled his vines in Brunello, becoming one of the first members of the Consortium, as a producer but not as bottler. It will be his son Maurizio to start the production and commercial activity in 1993 with the first production of Rosso di Montalcino and in 1998 with the Brunello, vintage 1993.Today the company boasts of a new winery, built in 2009, equipped with all the equipment but at the same time has a classic, traditional style with its structure entirely in stone and stone. The company in total owns 5 hectares of vineyard, divided into:One hectare and two thousand meters in Montalcino, Località Benducce with South - East exposure with an altitude of 500 meters; Two hectares and eight thousand meters in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, with South-West exposure with an altitude of 300 meters; In addition we have two plots of land for rent, equal to one hectare and five thousand meters, one with North - West exposure and one South - East; The microclimate is certainly favorable for the wine activity, thanks to the proximity of the sea and Mount Amiata. The soils are mainly composed of galestro and rock, this favors a good drainage of rainwater. We tried to keep a part of the vineyard terraced, as it was in the Tuscan culture. The vines are aged between 7 and 30 years. The rearing system is spurred cordon, 4,200 vines per hectare.Within our company we grow only the Sangiovese Grosso called Montalcino Brunello, with a production of 60 quintals of grapes per hectare. The vineyards and olive groves are cultivated in a guided struggle, without use of herbicides and with organic fertilization. Being a small family-owned company, most of the work is done manually, like the harvest that takes place in September and October.
